The Muppets TV Show Trailer Is Here
And It's Ok I Guess!
Ok, so this isn't what I was expecting. I'd hoped this would be a return to the variety show format, actually, I made the mistake of assuming as such. It looks like they're going the mockumentry route here which is...interesting. There's one or two good gags but, I don't know, something just feels a bit off about all this...
I do like that my main man/bird/thingy/alien Gonzo seems to be getting a lot of screen time here, since he was kind of sidelined in the last couple of films. Surely Ricky Gervais who appeared in Muppets Most Wanted is a shoe in for a guest spot given the new shows The Office vibe.
